Creating proforma invoices and invoices
In the administration section you can view a list of proforma invoices and invoices, as well as information about due dates, settlement, customer and price. You can issue a proforma invoice in a few seconds, clicking the CREATE PROFORMA INVOICE / INVOICE option. The proforma invoice (advance payment) is used if you are not sure that the customer will pay. You first issue the proforma invoice, and then as soon as you receive the payment, the final invoice is issued.
Invoice editing
Like in the order, you can edit proforma invoices and invoices as well. You can edit billing info, client contact info, delivery address, your own billing info, due date, payment date, date of creation, etc.
Your billing information will be pasted in every invoice automatically in the way it appears in your settings.
The detailed view of the proforma invoice / invoice will show the history of all changes from the order creation date.
Numbering system
The issue numbers of proforma invoices / invoices and orders may be generated in various formats. You may want to adjust the preset algorithm to your needs.
You can add three types of boxes, in the order and quantity as you need – the text box (constant value), the counter (changed by the selected algorithm) and the date (you can add the day, month and year of creation).
Send invoices to your customer´s e-mail
Send your proforma invoices and invoices with the additional message to a customer's e-mail at any time. There is a predefined template which can be edited as you need.
